Warranty
All Lifestyle Solutions Inc., furniture products come with a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty against product defects. At the option of Lifestyle Solutions, they will repair or replace the product with equal or similar product. Improper use, abuse, damage from acts of God, and commercial use are not covered under this warranty. Transportation of the product requiring repair or replacement will be at purchaser's expense. Only the original purchaser with proof of purchase at the original delivery address shall be covered. Written notice of any claim should include proof of purchase, description of the problem, and photograph of the defect. Natural marks or wrinkling of leather are not defects, but are proof that genuine cowhide is used. Application of improper substances, spills from paint, dyes or acids, or exposure to direct sunlight or other heat source to the leather are not covered. Cushions will naturally soften over time, a result of normal use, and should not be confused with loss of resilience due to defects in construction or materials
Return Policy
We offer a 30 day return policy. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you may return it. Custom Manufactured items, Special Order items, Bedding and Linens, or items that are close-outs or purchased on Sale cannot be returned. It is necessary for you to obtain prior written approval by contacting us via email to initiate a return. We will issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) with written instructions. Any item being returned must be in new condition and in its original packaging. Items arriving at our location, packaged in any way other than the packaging it was originally sent in will be refused. Once an item has been assembled or modified it is no longer returnable. Any item returned will be inspected and upon satisfactory receipt a credit will be issued to the method of payment used for your purchase. A refund will be reduced by a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price as well as the shipping charges we paid to send the item to you. A few manufacturers may be excluded from our return policy. Any exceptions are noted on the page of the item.
