Warranty
Frames: A one year warranty applies to all hardwood and plywood frames. The manufacture warrants the frames to you, the original retail purchaser, to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for one year. Under this warranty the manufactures obligation is limited to repairing or replacing any part or parts covered under this warranty. Costs for packaging, shipping and installation are not covered by this warranty. Cushioning; all cushioning will naturally soften with use. This should be considered as normal wear and tear and not as a loss of resiliency or a manufacturing defect. This warranty does not apply to conditions caused by physical damage, improper use or normal wear and tear after the original sale. Under this warranty the manufactures obligation is limited to repairing or replacing any part or parts covered under this warranty. Costs for packaging, shipping and installation are not covered by this warranty. Fabrics: the manufacture warrants to you, the original retail purchaser, for one (1) year from date of purchase, all upholstery fabrics against fraying and seam slippage and all leather products to be free of defect in workmanship and materials, seam slippage and cracking. This warranty is not valid when heavy soiling or abuse is evident. This warranty also does not apply if there has been a protective coating treatment after the original shipment to the retail purchaser. Under this warranty the manufacture obligation is limited to repairing or replacing any part or parts covered under this warranty. Costs for packaging, shipping, and installation are not covered by this warranty
Return Policy
We offer a 30 day return policy. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you may return it. Custom Manufactured items, Special Order items, Bedding and Linens, or items that are close-outs or purchased on Sale cannot be returned. It is necessary for you to obtain prior written approval by contacting us via email to initiate a return. We will issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) with written instructions. Any item being returned must be in new condition and in its original packaging. Items arriving at our location, packaged in any way other than the packaging it was originally sent in will be refused. Once an item has been assembled or modified it is no longer returnable. Any item returned will be inspected and upon satisfactory receipt a credit will be issued to the method of payment used for your purchase. A refund will be reduced by a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price as well as the shipping charges we paid to send the item to you. A few manufacturers may be excluded from our return policy. Any exceptions are noted on the page of the item.
