All fixtures and products sold by Dimond Lighting are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers only replacement or repair at Dimond Lighting's factory or authorized repair facility of the defective part(s), to the original purchaser and excludes any responsibility for labor or freight expense incurred by the purchaser or others, for servicing such claim during the warranty period.
Dimond Lighting reserves the right to issue credit, repair or replace defective merchandise, at their opinion upon receipt of written notification by the purchaser of the alleged defect, within the warranty period. Dimond further reserves the right to examine the alleged defective product, or other proof, satisfactory to Dimond of the defect.
This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Dimond assumes no responsibility for labor costs in connection with the installation, removal or replacement of the warranted products, or for consequential damages. Dimond Lighting further reserves the right to refuse to honor the above warranty for any product(s) altered improperly installed, or installed in an application for which it was not intended.
All claims must show sales receipt showing the item and date of purchase.
No merchandise may be returned without prior written Return Authorization. Requests for returns of defective merchandise must be submitted in writing to email@example.com. All efforts will be made to correct the problem in the field. If problem cannot be resolved, an RGA will be issued. Upon receipt of RGA, item must be shipped in Original Factory Carton. Upon inspection of merchandise, Dimond Lighting will repair, replace, or issue credit. Unauthorized Returns or Collect Returns will be refused. Returns will be authorized for defective merchandise under warranty period of one (1) year only.
We offer a 30 day return policy. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you may return it. Custom Manufactured items, Special Order items, Bedding and Linens, or items that are close-outs or purchased on Sale cannot be returned. It is necessary for you to obtain prior written approval by contacting us via email to initiate a return. We will issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) with written instructions. Any item being returned must be in new condition and in its original packaging. Items arriving at our location, packaged in any way other than the packaging it was originally sent in will be refused. Once an item has been assembled or modified it is no longer returnable. Any item returned will be inspected and upon satisfactory receipt a credit will be issued to the method of payment used for your purchase. A refund will be reduced by a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price as well as the shipping charges we paid to send the item to you. It will be necessary for you to pay for the return shipping costs. If the item becomes damaged on the way back to us, it will be refused, and you will be responsible, as the shipper, to file a claim with the shipping service. They will send you a check to pay for your new item. Unfortunately, the shipping companies set this policy. A few manufacturers may be excluded from our return policy. Any exceptions are noted on the page of the item.
