Warranty
MFI/Nexera guarantees to the original purchaser (from an authorized dealer), for a period limited to 5 years from date of purchase, that all parts and hardware shall be free of defects in manufacturing and related after-assembly flaws. This warranty applies to normal, domestic use. Replacement parts shall be shipped directly to the customer. IMPORTANT (1)-The production number (lot) is required in order to handle a request for a repair part. (2)-There is no need to return the furniture to the dealer
NOTE: When we ship to customers in Canada, this excludes NWT, Yukon, and Nunavet as it is too cost prohibitive to ship to these (3) locations.Return Policy
