The leather match Penelope Sofa features a kiln-dried hardwood frame that is glued and reinforced, offers strength, while the zig zag spring suspension base gives you a supple seating that will hold up for years. The elastic webbing back suspension offers additional stability while allowing for the leather to breathe and maintain its shape. Tufted seat cushions are comprised of a high density foam cushion wrapped in polyester fibers to ensure a comfortable, relaxing and lasting seat. Seat cushions and back pillows are attached to the frame to eliminate shifts or gaps. The oversized arm, detailed front panels and espresso wood legs enhance the aesthetic quality of the piece. Top grain leather lines the interior of the piece, with a leather match vinyl accenting the exterior to provide and ensure years of comfort and enjoyment. Frame - Lifetime Limited Warranty
The frame, upholstered in the original leather under normal household use and conditioning, is warranted to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.
Leather - 5 Years

The manufacturer warrants the leather against splitting and tears from five years of the date of purchase under normal household usage. The warranty does not include coverage for natural markings, variations in grain or color. These are nature's signatures and prove the authenticity of the leather. Claims due to cuts, burn, pet damage, damage caused by contact with rough or sharp objects, or damages from acts of God are excluded from this warranty. This warranty also does not cover spills, such as: acid, dyes, wine, solvents, or by corrosive chemical, ink, paint, or body fluids. The following will void this abuse, negligence, exposure of the leather to the sun, extreme heat, or bright lights. This warranty applies to 100% leather and leather match (vinyl combinations). Top grain leather and leather match (vinyl combinations) have a five year warranty on the leather parts and one year warranty on vinyl parts.

The spring construction in this product is free from defective material and workmanship for a period of five years from the date of purchase under normal household usage.
Cushion Cores and Other Filling Material - 3 Years

The manufacturer warrants all foam cushions against loss of foam resiliency for three years from the date of purchase. Seat cushions and back cushions will conform to its use and aging. Do not confuse normal softening that occurs in all foam with actual loss of resiliency.
Motion Mechanism - 3 Years

The reclining mechanisms shall be in good working order, and shall be free from defective materials and workmanship for three years from the date of purchase under normal household usage.
Warranty Service:

This limited warranty extends only to the original residential consumer purchaser. The manufacturer's liability under this limited warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product at its option. Transportation charges between the consumer and the dealer or manufacturer are not covered by this warranty

We offer a 30 day return policy. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you may return it. Custom Manufactured items, Special Order items, Bedding and Linens, or items that are close-outs or purchased on Sale cannot be returned. It is necessary for you to obtain prior written approval by contacting us via email to initiate a return. We will issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) with written instructions. Any item being returned must be in new condition and in its original packaging. Items arriving at our location, packaged in any way other than the packaging it was originally sent in will be refused. Once an item has been assembled or modified it is no longer returnable. Any item returned will be inspected and upon satisfactory receipt a credit will be issued to the method of payment used for your purchase. A refund will be reduced by a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price as well as the shipping charges we paid to send the item to you. A few of our manufacturers may be excluded from our return policy. Any exceptions are noted on the page of the item.
