Office Star / Home Star Products is engaged in fabrication, importation and distribution of an extensive range of office seating and home furnishing products. The company started in the fall of 1979 as a niche player that quickly developed a reputation for quality, value and service.

Today, OS/HS employs over 135 people. The corporate headquarters in Ontario, California features a 206,000 square foot building providing resources for customer service, fabrication, warehousing, and shipping as well as a newly built 200,000 square foot warehouse and distribution center in Fontana, California. In addition, OS/HS has proven capability to provide third party logistics for our customers and shipped 210,000 KD packages directly to customer's homes in year 2005. There are also in-house resources for customer support functions, such as complete EDI capability, advertising graphics, product photography and sales literature.

Current product lines include: SPACE, Pro-Line, Work Smart, Decorative Home, and Home Star Products, a line of home and office furnishings. Home Star Products warrants, to the original purchaser its products to be free from defects in materials and worksmanship for a period of 90 days. Defects and damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, rusting, vandalism, accident, acts of nature or any other events beyond the control of Home Star Products is not covered. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that may result from normal use. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law. The user assumes all risk of injury resulting from use of this product. To make a warranty claim, contact Home Star customer service, provide model number, sales receipt, and description of the problem. It is the customer's responsibility to prepay freight on any components return to the factory. Home Star Products will pay return freight on components covered under terms of warranty. Our quality standards are among the highest in the industry. Sometimes, no matter how hard we try, there are times when hardware is missing. All sales come with this manufacturer's 7-day return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item, you may return the item for a full refund of the item's paid price less the original shipping, return shipping, and a restocking fee of 20% (of the sales price) within 7 days of the shipping date. This means that you must contact www.ILikeFurniture.com within 7 days for a Return Authorization Number (RTA). Upon assignment of the RTA you will be given written instructions on how to return your order. An order may only be returned upon assignment of the RTA. Any order returned without an RTA will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for repackaging and return transportation charges. Any returned item must be shipped back to this manufacturer in its original packaging, with no signs of use, wear or damage. Upon receipt, manufacturer will inspect the package for any damage and reserves the right to partially or wholly accept or deny the return. If accepted, your credit card will be "credited."
