International Concepts was founded in 1979 in Greensboro, NC as a distributor of furniture to retail stores throughout the eastern United States. International Concepts has established top of the line traditional styles for dining tables, and chairs. Solid wood finishes and a well-crafted design makes International Concepts a stunning furniture collection. The high quality craftsmanship is evident in every piece of furniture by International Concepts. In 1987, the company moved from Jamestown to High Point, NC and leased a new 24,000-sq.-ft facility, and business continued to grow. Today, International Concepts employs more than 150 people in its company. Items from International Concepts include barstools, pedestal tables, dining tables, dining chairs, accent furniture, outdoor furniture, and kids furniture.

All products sold are warranted by the manufacturer against material or construction defects for a limited time after purchase. All products are rated for residential home usage and not for commercial use. If a product is received damaged by the consumer (3rd party) due to poor workmanship or poor packaging, International Concepts will replace the applicable item at no cost to the consumer (3rd party), inclusive of freight, postage, and handling charges. The consumer should report any damage to the company from which they made this purchase. It is the responsibility of this company to contact International Concepts regarding corrective action.

We offer a 30 day return policy. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you may return it. Custom Manufactured items, Special Order items, Bedding and Linens, or items that are close-outs or purchased on Sale cannot be returned. It is necessary for you to obtain prior written approval by contacting us via email to initiate a return. We will issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) with written instructions. Any item being returned must be in new condition and in its original packaging. Items arriving at our location, packaged in any way other than the packaging it was originally sent in will be refused. Once an item has been assembled or modified it is no longer returnable. Any item returned will be inspected and upon satisfactory receipt a credit will be issued to the method of payment used for your purchase. A refund will be reduced by a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price as well as the shipping charges we paid to send the item to you. A few manufacturers may be excluded from our return policy.
