In 2008, Jeffco Fibres, Inc. introduced a new and improved Channel Ventilation System. This unique system cuts channels from one side of the mattress to the other, promoting “true” ventilation, which will help keep the mattress cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. It also allows a more forgiving support for shoulders, hips, and knees, while maintaining a solid base for the pillow area and feet. Jeffo Fibres, Inc. continues to be an industry leader in using technology for its customers' advantage. We are now able to compress pack nearly all of our sleep products, allowing us to ship economically via UPS anywhere in the country. In today’s economy of expensive freight charges, this is an essential element in bringing savings to our customers.

For ages, the mention of a sleep sofa mattress was synonymous with a bad night's sleep. Not any more! The new Axiom® I memory foam mattress is intended to replace your existing traditional coil mattress and create an extremely comfortable sleep surface. Feel the difference! The Axiom® I truly delivers. What is even more appealing, is that Jeffco is one of the only companies in the country to make a product of this type.

Jeffco Fibres Inc. warrants that their products will be free from defects in material and workmanship as described in their warranties. There are 4 warranties: 20 years for the memory foam and latex mattresses, 5 years for the Axiom I, and 3 years for the toppers.

For the Memory Foam Mattresses - This 20-Year Limited Warranty starts on the date of purchase. If a manufacturing or material defect occurs during the first three years, Jeffco Fibres, Inc. will repair or replace (at Jeffco Fibres, Inc. option) the defective mattress. If replacement is required, Jeffco Fibres, Inc. may substitute materials of equal or higher quality when the like components are not available. If defects such as splitting or cracking occur during normal usage and proper handling, during the remaining seventeen (17) years of this limited warranty we will, at our discretion, repair the mattress at a handling cost to you, or replace the mattress at a prorated charge to you. During the first year of the prorated (17) year period, the prorated replacement charge will be thirty three (33) percent of the replacement items purchase price. The prorated charge will increase by four (4) percent increments for each subsequent year of the prorated period. The Limited Warranty does not cover the following: 1. The fabric mattress cover – if provided. 2. Slight body impressions (less than one-and-a-half inches). 3. Comfort preference. 4. Transportation charges for return and reshipping when necessary. 5. Abuse or unsanitary conditions. 6. When used on an inappropriate foundation or box spring. Please note that Jeffco Fibres, Inc. reserves the right to refuse service and invalidate this Limited Warranty when the mattress is found to be in unsanitary condition, or when product failure is due to causes other than defective material and/or workmanship. In the case of our memory foam products this warranty does not include a normal increase in softness of the material or, in the case of our memory foam products, a decrease in the slow recovery feature. These aspects do not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the foam.

For the Latex Mattresses - This 20-Year Limited Warranty starts on the date of purchase. Jeffco Fibres, Inc., guarantees that your Latex mattress will be repaired or replaced at our option, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects during the first three (3) years of the Limited Warranty, excluding specific limitations contained herein. If defects described above occur after the first three (3) year period, during the remaining seventeen (17) year period of the Limited Warranty, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the mattress with shipping costs being the purchaser’s responsibility. Beginning at year four (4) of ownership, the prorated replacement value will be sixty-seven (67%) of the original purchase price, and will decrease three (3%) for each subsequent year of the prorated seventeen (17) year period. All latex mattresses are designed to work with a firm foundation or box spring and must not be used on a slatted base where gaps between slats are more than three (3) inches apart. This Limited Warranty is considered null and void if the mattress or covering has been physically abused, damaged, burned, cut, torn, or stained, mildew or mold damaged, or has any evidence of liquid spillage on the contents or covering, found upon inspection. This Limited Warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product, and is non-transferable. All transportation costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, and the cost to return the mattress to the manufacturer is the sole liability of the purchaser. The Limited Warranty does not cover the following: 1. Comfort preference. 2. Transportation charges for return and shipping, if necessary. 3. Failure to use an appropriate mattress protector or use of an inappropriate foundation, bedframe, or box spring (Note: Bedframe must contain a minimum of 5 legs). 4. Use on an inappropriate support surface. 5. Abuse or unsanitary conditions of any kind.

For the Axiom I Sofa Mattresses - This 5-year Limited Warranty starts on the date of purchase. If a manufacturing or material defect occurs during the first year, Jeffco Fibres, Inc. will repair or replace (at Jeffco Fibres, Inc. option) the defective mattress. If replacement is required, Jeffco Fibres, Inc. may substitute materials of equal or higher quality when the like components are not available. If defects such as splitting or cracking occur during normal usage and proper handling, during the remaining four (4) years of this Limited Warranty we will, at our discretion, repair the mattress at a handling cost to you, or replace the mattress at a prorated charge to you. During the first year of the prorated (4) year period, the prorated replacement charge will be twenty (20) percent of the replacement items purchase price. The prorated charge will increase by twenty (20) percent increments for each subsequent year of the prorated period. The Limited Warranty does not cover the following: 1. The fabric mattress cover. 2. Slight body impressions (less than one-and-a-half inches). 3. Comfort preference. 4. Transportation charges for return and reshipping when necessary. 5. Abuse or unsanitary conditions. 6. When used on an inappropriate foundation.

For the Toppers - Jeffco Fibres Inc. warrants that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship as described in this warranty (hereinafter referred to as the “Limited Warranty”). This 3 Year Limited Warranty starts on the date of purchase. If a manufacturing or material defect occurs during the first year, Jeffco Fibres, Inc. will repair or replace (at Jeffco Fibres, Inc. option) the defective topper. If replacement is required, Jeffco Fibres, Inc. may substitute materials of equal or higher quality when the like components are not available. If defects such as splitting or cracking occur during normal usage and proper handling, during the remaining two (2) years of this limited warranty we will, at our discretion, repair the topper at a handling cost to you, or replace the topper at a prorated charge to you. During the second year of the warranty period, the prorated replacement charge will be fifty (50) percent of the replacement items purchase price. The prorated charge will seventy five (75) percent for year three. The Limited Warranty does not cover the following: 1. The fabric topper cover – if provided. 2. Slight body impressions (less than one-and-a-half inches). 3. Comfort preference. 4. Transportation charges for return and reshipping when necessary. 5. Abuse or unsanitary conditions. 6. When used on an inappropriate mattress, foundation or box spring.

This manufacturer does not accept returns, other than for damaged or defective merchandise, in which case they will provide an even exchange.
