You must contact us www.ILikeFurniture.com within 3 business days (after receipt) for a Return Authorization Number (RMA) for return. We then email you a PDF format UPS shipping label that you can print and paste on the shipping box to return the merchandise using the UPS Ground delivery service. Once the returned merchandise is received and inspected to make sure it is in an "unused condition," we will credit your account within 7 business days.
