Warranty
Lea products are warranted to the original purchasers from authorized Lea dealers for factory-related defects (materials and workmanship) that appear under normal household use for a period of one year from the date of shipment from our factory. Please report any concerns you may have with your furniture within this time frame to your retailer. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective part, or substitution of product, in Lea's sole discretion. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. LEA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, EVEN IF IT HAS REASON TO KNOW IN ADVANCE THAT THEY ARE POSSIBLE. These warranties give you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of damages, so the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you. In the event the warranty exclusions do not apply to you, then, where legally permissible, such implied warranties are limited in duration to the stated warranty period and no warranties apply after that period. In circumstances in which the warranties provided herein do not apply, the products involved are, where legally permissible, still subject to the above disclaimer of implied warranties and the above limitation of damages. Lea does not authorize anyone, including its dealers, to create for it any other warranty, obligations, or liability in connection with its products.
Return Policy
All sales come with this manufacturer's 7-day return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item, you may return the item for a full refund of the item's paid price less the original shipping, return shipping, and a restocking fee of 20% (of the sales price) within 7 days of the shipping date. This means that you must contact www.ILikeFurniture.com within 7 days for a Return Authorization Number (RTA). Upon assignment of the RTA you will be given written instructions on how to return your order. An order may only be returned upon assignment of the RTA. Any order returned without an RTA will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for repackaging and return transportation charges. Any returned item must be shipped back to this manufacturer in its original packaging, with no signs of use, wear or damage. Upon receipt, manufacturer will inspect the package for any damage and reserves the right to partially or wholly accept or deny the return. If accepted, your credit card will be "credited."
