As he saw kids’ faces light up again and again, he felt an enormous sense of satisfaction knowing that he was playing a small part in helping these families make memories together. He wanted to continue to create this moment over and over for parents and children everywhere. So in 1999, he created The Little Cottage Company and have continued to expand their catalog to include a variety of high-quality structures for adults and children alike.

When you purchase a Little Cottage Co. kit, it will arrive to you on a securely packaged pallet. Please be sure to note any damage with the driver. Once this pallet is dropped at your location it can easily be assembled by 2 adults in 4-8 hours (except for Sara’s Victorian Mansion). The pieces on the pallet will weigh anywhere from 40 to 60 pounds each (some larger kits may weigh up to 95 lbs). Panelized walls and alphabetized directions will make for an easy assembly!

We warrant our products for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase to repair or replace, at our option, any part defective in materials or workmanship. This warranty specifically excludes any labor incurred for replacement. We disclaim liability for any customer alterations, repairs or assembly, normal wear and tear, or damages resulting from misuse or abuse. The purchaser is responsible for choosing a product appropriate for the developmental levels of the children who will use it. Routine inspections and preventative maintenance are the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure a hazard free product. This warranty excludes any incidental and consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. We reserve the right to improve, alter, or discontinue specifications and designs without notice.

This manufacturer does not accept returns, other than for damaged or defective merchandise, in which case they will provide an even exchange. You must note in writing any damage with the freight delivery driver at the time of delivery.
