Our ethanol fireplaces do not require any installation or utility connection for fuel supply which makes it ideal for almost any architectural environment (condo, single family home, restaurants, hotels etc..). The fireplaces are fuelled by a renewable modern energy named Denatured Ethanol, which burns free, emits no fumes, environmentally friendly and is virtually maintenance free. Warranty
Modern Elements is proud to offer a lifetime warranty on all burners. Fireplaces are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover, and is void with respect to: (i) improper installation, storage, repair, maintenance, modification, defects or failures due to misuse, neglect, negligence, abuse, accident, physical damage, improper handling or shipping, abnormal operation or operation contrary to furnished instructions or warnings, exposure to fire, water, excessive moisture or dampness, or any substance inside or outside the operating system, or extreme changes in climate or temperature; (ii) cosmetic damage; (iii) products on which serial numbers have been removed, altered or rendered illegiblel (iv) cost of installation, removal or installation; or (v) damage resulting from fire, flood, or other acts of God or other acts which are not the fault of Modern Elements. Return Policy
We offer a 30 day return policy. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you may return it. Custom Manufactured items, Special Order items, Bedding and Linens, or items that are close-outs or purchased on Sale cannot be returned. It is necessary for you to obtain prior written approval by contacting us via email to initiate a return. We will issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) with written instructions. Any item being returned must be in new condition and in its original packaging. Items arriving at our location, packaged in any way other than the packaging it was originally sent in will be refused. Once an item has been assembled or modified it is no longer returnable. Any item returned will be inspected and upon satisfactory receipt a credit will be issued to the method of payment used for your purchase. A refund will be reduced by a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price as well as the shipping charges we paid to send the item to you. A few manufacturers may be excluded from our return policy.
