Modloft certifies that each item has been manufactured according to the most rigorous quality standards, and in conformity with the image of their brand name.
Modloft, distributors of fine European-style furniture, guarantees to the buyer that furniture sold
has been thoroughly inspected and approved by Modloft.
Modloft guarantees against any defects in the manufacturing and/or failure of its component materials for 30 days.
This guarantee is valid from the date of delivery.
Exclusions: The guarantee does not include any type of damages caused by improper treatment, abandonment, accidents, moving used for anything else other than its intended purposes or for not complying with the recommendations stated therein for proper care of and maintenance of the furniture.
Delivery Terms - at time of delivery, buyers are responsible for the following delivery conditions:
Buyer must have proper assistance to bring the merchandise off truck and inside home (for curbside delivery orders).
Before signing for delivery, buyer must thoroughly inspect the packaging/carton/crate and note
any visible carton damage on the freight bill.
If damage exists on the packaging/carton/crate, buyer must inspect the actual item for any damage. If there is damage to the item, buyer must note it on the freight bill, and reject the carton the damaged piece(s) is in. There is no need to reject the entire shipment. In other words, keep the cartons having undamged pieces and reject the ones that do have damage.
If order is rejected due to damage, buyer must contact I Like Furniture.com within 24 hours to notify them. A replacement item will be shipped out within 72 hours. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund (including shipping) will be issued in the form of
the original payment method or a company check.
If the item arrives damaged, and buyer signs and accepts delivery, buyer will be responsible for
repackaging and return transportation, including any return transportation charges. Upon receipt of
returned merchandise, Modloft will replace the defective item for the buyer, and buyer must pay freight on replacement part(s). In the event that a suitable
replacement is not available, a refund (excluding shipping) will be issued in the form of the original
payment method or a company check. Buyer's Remorse
All sales come with this manufacturer's 7-day return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item, you may return the item for a full refund of the item's paid price less the original shipping, return shipping, and a restocking fee of 20% (of the sales price) within 7 days of the shipping date. This means that you must contact www.ILikeFurniture.com within 7 days for a Return Authorization Number (RTA). Upon assignment of the RTA you will be given written instructions on how to return your order. An order may only be returned upon assignment of the RTA. Any order returned without an RTA will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for repackaging and return transportation charges. Any returned item must be shipped back to this manufacturer in its original packaging, with no signs of use, wear or damage. Upon receipt, manufacturer will inspect the package for any damage and reserves the right to partially or wholly accept or deny the return. If accepted, your credit card will be "credited."
