Assembly and Installation Instructions
Our DIY playhouse kits are designed for easy assembly. Unless otherwise noted, they should require an average of two adults working four to eight hours to complete. Panelized walls, pre-cut pieces, and alphabetized labels help make the process simple, as does the downloadable full-color instruction manual (link provided with your purchase). When assembling your playhouse, please make sure to choose a level area for installation. We recommend an area that is covered in crushed stone, patio block, or concrete, in order to form a base for the playhouse. However, because the playhouse bases are made from treated lumber, they can be placed directly on the ground. If you do decide to prepare a base for your playhouse, make sure it measures 1 foot wider than the house itself on all sides.

When you purchase one of our Do-It-Yourself playhouse kits, you will receive all the hardware needed for assembly. The only thing you need to purchase are roof shingles and drip edge. If you purchase a floor kit for your house, it will come treated and ready to place on the ground. We will also supply you with instructions on how to find our online manual. The manual includes approximately 120 color pictures with step-by-step instructions. What could be easier than that! You just need to supply the labor!

We warrant our products for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase to repair or replace, at our option, any part defective in materials or workmanship. This warranty specifically excludes any labor incurred for replacement. We disclaim liability for any customer alterations, repairs or assembly, normal wear and tear, or damages resulting from misuse or abuse. The purchaser is responsible for choosing a product appropriate for the developmental levels of the children who will use it. Routine inspections and preventative maintenance are the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure a hazard free product. This warranty excludes any incidental and consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. We reserve the right to improve, alter, or discontinue specifications and designs without notice.
Return Policy
This manufacturer does not accept returns, other than for damaged or defective merchandise, in which case they will provide an even exchange. You must note in writing any damage with the freight delivery driver at the time of delivery.
