Venture Horizon Corporation, established in 1985, is a full service product development, marketing and sales organization specializing in ready-to-assemble (RTA) furniture. They offer a variety of merchandise in several product categories at competitive prices. Their unique, creative designs have been heralded by every major catalog and numerous retailers for nearly three decades. As part of their commitment to quality and service Venture Horizon has been a manufacturing partner with Spartak Enterprises of Ontario, California since 1995. They provide factory direct shipping by truck (LTL & TL) and directly to the consumer via drop shipments through UPS & Fedex Ground. Because they are active in every phase of the manufacturing and distribution process they are able to guarantee the highest quality materials, products and packaging.

In order to ensure their place among leading RTA furniture manufacturers they work in a variety of mediums including solid hardwoods, MDF, particle board, steel, plastic and glass. Since variety is crucial to consumer acceptance they produce our furniture in several finishes. In addition they offer numerous popular colors that change with the seasons as well as with the times.

Since drop shipping is key to the services we provide, great care is taken in their design, the strength and durability of their packaging. All products are submitted to either MTL or ISTA labs for rigorous testing and approval. Furniture is a challenge to ship and arriving at the customers home in perfect condition is critically important.

Warranty
Spartak Enterprises (Venture Horizon) provides a limited 1-year consumer warranty against product defects. If a product proves to be defective in manufacturing, material or workmanship, a similar replacement part will be provided at no charge. This warranty applies only to Spartak Enterprise Products purchased from Spartak, our subsidiaries, a recognized Spartak retailer and to the original purchaser. It is NOT transferable. The warranty period begins from the date the product was purchased. This warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of components or parts having defects in manufacturing, workmanship or materials. No assembly labor is included. Replacement of parts does not extend this warranty or begin a new warranty period. This warranty does NOT apply to normal wear and tear or to any product that has been improperly assembled, used for purposes other than the intended use, improperly cared for or altered in any way. The consumer has purchased a "Ready to Assemble" product which involves "Do It Yourself" assembly, including: handling, transporting, assembling and erecting the product. Venture Horizon shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages which may result in conjunction with the use of its products. This warranty is in addition to any statutory warranty legislation in the jurisdiction where the product is purchased and does not exclude or limit your legal right. We will require Proof of Purchase, including the date of purchase as well as the retailer name and order number to process the claim.
